2/28 태극기 바람개비 Taegeukgi Pinwheel > 2025-2026 종이랑 미술이랑 A (PreK Art - A)

이번 시간에는 3.1 운동을 기념하며, 대한민국의 국기인 태극기을 활용해 바람개비를 만들어 보았습니다. 먼저, 프린트된 태극 문양과 사괘를 정성껏 색칠한 후 잘라 줍니다. 바람개비 모양을 잡아 고정한 후, 사괘를 바람개비 날개 모서리에 대각선으로, 건 (하늘), 곤 (땅), 감 (물), 이 (불) 순서대로 풀로 붙여 줍니다. 그 다음 고정핀을  꽂고 손잡이를 연결한 뒤, 색칠한 태극 문양을 중간에 붙여 완성하였습니다.  또한, 태극기 쉽게 그리는법을 배워서 그리기도 해 보았습니다.

This week, we commemorated the March 1st Movement by making pinwheels using the Taegeukgi, the national flag of South Korea. First, the students carefully colored the printed taegeuk (central symbol) and the four trigrams, then cut them out. After forming and securing the pinwheel shape, they glued the four trigrams diagonally onto the corners of the blades in the correct order: Geon (heaven), Gon (earth), Gam (water), and I (fire). Next, they inserted a pin to fasten the center and attached the handle. Finally, they glued the colored taegeuk symbol to the middle to complete their pinwheels. In addition, students learned an easy step-by-step method for drawing the Taegeukgi and practiced drawing the flag on their own.
