안녕하세요.

2025-26년도 벨뷰 통합한국학교 특별활동 종이랑 미술이랑A 반을 맡게된 최신옥입니다.

종이랑 미술이랑A 반은 유아 (4세, Pre-K) 를 대상으로, 흥미 위주로 학생들이 다양한 재료와 함께 여러 미술활동을 경험해 보고 즐길 수 있는 기회를 만드는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 또한, 이를 통해 한국어와 한국문화를 보다 자연스럽고 친근하게 소개하는 시간이 될 것입니다. 학부모님들의 미술에 대한 관심과 열정에 깊이 감사드립니다. 저희반에서 학생들이 다양한 재료를 관찰하고 사용해보며, 소근육을 사용하여 직접 오리고 붙이고 그려보면서, 스스로 완성해내는 성취감을 가질 수 있고, 자신을 표현할 수 있는 즐거운 수업이 될 수 있도록 열심히 돕겠습니다. 비록 완성도에 있어 완벽하지 않더라도, 학생들이 친구들과 어울려 웃고 즐기며 서로 돕는 소중한 시간이 되길 기대해 봅니다.

 

저희 미술 수업시간에는 기본준비물이 필요합니다. 원할한 수업진행을 위해, 학생들이 아래 준비물들을항상 가지고 다닐 수 있도록 협조 부탁드리겠습니다

·         준비물 : 연필, 지우개, 가위, 글루스틱 (딱풀), 12색 색연필, 필통

다음 안내사항입니다.

1.      미술 수업인 만큼 학생들 옷에 물감이 튀거나 자국이 생기는 일이 잦습니다. 특활수업이 있는 날에는 활동하기 편하고 얼룩이 묻어도 괜찮은 옷을 입혀 등교 시켜주세요.

2.       매주 수업후, 학생들의 활동사진 및 작품 사진이 학교 홈페이지 특별활동반 “종이랑 미술이랑A” 홈페이지에 업데이트됩니다. 학생들과 같이 들어가 보시고, 많은 칭찬과 격려 부탁드립니다.

       3. 1학기 학습지도 계획서를 첨부했습니다. 계획표는 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있음을 미리 알려드립니다.

       4. 결석이 있는 학생은 꼭 미리 알려주시면, 수업준비에 도움이 됩니다.

Dear Parents, 

My name is Sinok Choi (Ms. Choi), and I am delighted to be teaching the Pre-K Art A class for the 2025-26 school year at United Seattle-Bellevue Korean School.

This class is designed for our youngest learners, 4-year-ols in Pre-K. Through hands-on art experiences using a wide variety of art materials, students will feel familiar with Korean language and culture. I deeply appreciate your enthusiasm and support for the arts. With your encouragement, we’ll create a classroom environment where children feel proud of their creations, even if they’re not perfect, and where laughter, friendship, and collaboration are part of every lesson.

In each class, your child will need basic art supplies as below. Please make sure you prepare these things for your child’s art class.

 

·         Classroom:  #1201

·         Time: 12: 00-12:50 PM

·         Supplies: pencil, eraser, scissors, glue stick, color pencils (12 color), Pencil case,

(Please label name on each supply)

 

A few important reminders are as below.

1.      Due to the nature of art class, the clothes might get dirty. It would be a better idea to dress your child in comfortable clothing that can get messy without concern.

2.       After each class, a summary of today’s art lesson along with photos of student activities and their artwork will be uploaded to Pre-K Art A under Enrichment Classes on the school homepage. I encourage you to visit the page with your child and offer lots of praise and encouragement.

3.      Attached you can find our curriculum plan. Please note that the curriculum may subject to change without notice.

4.      If your child will be absent, kindly let me know in advance. It helps greatly with class preparation.
