12/6 움직이는 더피와 서씨 Moving Derpy & Sussie > 2025-2026 종이랑 미술이랑 A (PreK Art - A)

이번 시간에는 세계적으로 인기를 끌고 있는 만화 영화 케이팝 데몬 헌터스의 귀여운 두 동물친구인 호랑이 더피와 까치 서씨를 움직이는 팝업 장난감으로 만들어 보았습니다. 더피와 서씨는 옛날부터 내려온 한국의 민화 호작도에서 모티브를 따온 캐릭터로 귀여운 외모와 행동으로 요즘 많은 사랑을 받고 있습니다. 먼저, 두꺼운 종이의 더피와 서씨 도안을 색연필로 털의 질감을 잘 살려서 한올 한올 색칠해 줍니다. 채색된 도안들을 잘라서 더피의 뒷면에 굵은 빨대들을 고정하고, 서씨와 더피의 혀를 가는 손잡이 빨대에 부착해서 끼워주면 완성입니다. 손잡이를 밑으로 당기면 서씨와 편지를 배달하는 더피의 혀가 움직입니다.

In today’s class, we made a moving pop-up toy featuring the two adorable animal friends, Derpy the Tiger and Sussie the Magpie, from the globally popular animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters. Derpy and Sussie are characters inspired by traditional Korean folk art, Hojakdo, and they’ve recently become very beloved for their cute appearance and playful personality. First, we colored the Derpy and Sussie templates on cardboard paper, using colored pencils to carefully capture the texture of their fur strand by strand. After coloring, we cut out the templates and attached thick straws to the back of Derpy. Then we connected Sussie and Derpy’s tongue to a thin pull-straw. Once everything is assembled, your pop-up toy is complete! When you pull the handle downward, Sussie and Derpy’s tongue—who is delivering a letter—move up and down.
