안녕하세요!  맑은반에 오신것을 환영합니다.

맑은반은 초등부 1-2학년 기초반으로 기본적인 한글 읽기, 쓰기, 말하기, 듣기를 공부하게 되며,

4가지 영역 모두 골고루 향상하는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 

2학기에는 쌍자음과 받침을 새롭게 배우게 됩니다. 학생들이 쉽게 이해하고 학습하도록 

재미있는 활동과 학습지로 지도하겠습니다. 

요일,달,숫자,색, 모양, 한국의 상징(태극기, 무궁화)등을 수업에 더하여 지도하겠습니다,

보다 원활하고 효율적인 학습을 위해 다음의 준비물을 꼭 챙겨 주시길 부탁 드립니다.   

*준비물 - 교과서, 공책, 폴더, 연필, 지우개, 색연필,  

           도시락과 물을 꼭 챙겨주세요. 

* 음식 알러지가 있는 학생은 미리 알려주세요.

*콧물, 기침, 미열이나 구토 등 이상 증상이 있는 경우는 집에서 쉬게 해주세요. 

*숙제는 매주 이메일로 보내드립니다.  그곳에서 숙제와 수업 사진들을 확인 하실 수 있습니다.

Dear Parents and Students, 

Welcome to the 2024 School year at United Seattle Korean School. 

My name is Heekyung Kim who is teaching 맑은 class this year.

Our class is an introductory level class designed for 1st to 2nd graders and we will learn reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students get a chance to develop four areas of language learning, furthermore we will share various Korean cultures and history too. Every week our class sessions will be full of fun and exciting activities that kids would never want to miss out.

 *If students have any food allergies or don't want to be in pictures, please let me know in advance.  

* Supplies: -Backpack / Personal Water Bottle - Lunch (school does not provide lunch. Please pack a healthy snack or sandwich especially student who takes enrichment class. ) Textbook, notebook, Folder, Pencils, eraser, color pencils. 

*Homework: A homework is assigned every week. Please check your email that I sent. 

*After class, I will send parents an email and a link to the school website. You can check the homework and photos there. 

*If the student has abnormal symptoms such as runny nose, cough, mild fever or vomiting, do not send them to school and let them rest at home.
