​김치를 만드는 중 소매나 옷에 얼룩이 질 수 있습니다.

우려가 되시는 분들은 옷 위에 걸칠 수 있는 앞치마나 큰 셔츠를 함께 챙겨주시길 부탁드립니다.

다음주에 있을 김장 행사를 준비하기 위해

간단히 김치를 만드는 과정 및 4가지의 김치에 대해 알아보았습니다.

말하기 연습으로 "나는 가을 이 좋아요 / 싫어요. 왜냐하면 _______"을 이용해

문장을 만들어보기도 하고 자음 복습도 함께 이어나갔습니다.

1. 인사와 자리잡기 

- 이름표 찾아 앉기

- 일기 제출

- 가을이 좋은지/싫은지와 그 이유를 적어보기

- 말하기 연습 (나는 가을 이 좋아요 / 싫어요. 왜냐하면 _______)

2. 김장 수업 준비

- 김치를 만드는 법

- 김치의 종류

3. 자음 / 모음

- 모음 (ㅗ,ㅛ,ㅜ,ㅠ,ㅡ,ㅣ)

- 자음 복습

- 자음 이름과 소리 받아쓰기

Next week (11/15), we will have our Kimchi-Making (Gimjang) Event.

Please note that students’ sleeves or clothes may get stained while making kimchi. 

If you are concerned, please help them bring an apron or a large shirt to wear over their clothes for gimjang.

To prepare for next week's gimjang event, we briefly learned about the process of making kimchi

and four different types of kimchi that we may commonly come across.

For speaking practice, we used the prompt:

"I like / dislike autumn because _______."

With this template, students created their own sentences.

1. Greeting and Settling Down

- Find your name tag and sit down

- Turn in your journals

- Write whether you like or dislike autumn and the reason why.

- Speaking practice: "I like / dislike autumn because _______."

2. Preparing for the Gimjang Event

- How do we make kimchi?

- Different types of kimchi

3. Consonants / Vowels

- Vowels  (ㅗ,ㅛ,ㅜ,ㅠ,ㅡ,ㅣ)
