다음주(11/1)에는 교내 글짓기 대회가 있습니다.

글짓기 주제 중 하나를 정해 30분에서 1시간 정도 글을 쓰는 시간이 있을 예정입니다.

가능하시면 아이들과 주중에 글쓰기 연습을 해서 보내주시길 바랍니다.

이번주는 독도의 날 (10/25)을 기념하며

독도의 바다속과 암반에 사는 동물들을 알아보고

한국에는 총 몇개의 섬이 있는지도 맞춰보는 시간을 가졌습니다.

할로윈을 맞아 아이들과 학교 교실들을 돌며 사탕도 받고

나무 호박을 꾸며보기도 했습니다.

1. 인사와 자리잡기 

- 이름표 찾아 앉기

- 일기 제출

- 짝궁과 나무 호박 꾸미기

2. 독도의 날

- 독도의 위치는?

- 독도의 바다에는 무엇이 살까요?

- 한국에는 몇개의 섬이 있을까요?

3. 자음

- 4~5명으로 그룹을 나누기

- 자음 카드로 지금까지 배운 내용 복습

Next week (11/1), there will be a writing contest at school.

Students will choose one of the given topics and spend around 30 minutes to an hour writing.

If possible, please have your child practice writing about one of the topics during the week in preparation for this writing contest.

Write in your journal at least once a week!

This week, we celebrated Dokdo Day.

We tried guessing how many islands there are in total around Korea (over 3,300)

and learned about the animals that live in the sea / bedrocks around Dokdo.

We also went around various classrooms to receive candy for Halloween

and decorated wooden pumpkins with a partner.

1. Settling Down

- Find your name tag and sit down

- Turn in your journals

- Decorate wooden pumpkins

2. Dokdo Day

- Where is Dokdo located?

- What lives in the sea around Dokdo?

- How many islands are there in Korea?”

3. Consonants

- Divide into groups of 4-5 students

- Review the consonants we’ve learned through practice cards
