수업내용

(음악 à'Soda pop' K-POP JUMP, ‘후라이의 꿈’) 

1.   번갈아 뛰기

번갈아 뛰기 란 줄넘기에서 사용되는 기술로, 왼발과 오른발을 번갈아 뛰는 방법을 의미한다. 이 기술은 줄넘기를 위한 기본적인 스텝으로, 발을 바꾸는 타이밍과 리듬을 익히는 것이 중요하다. 처음에는 줄 없이 리듬을 연습한 후, 줄을 돌며 연결하는 연습을 통해 실력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 안내함.

2   2.  단체 줄넘기

        단체 줄넘기는 모두가 함께 참여할 수 있도록 5명씩 팀을 이루어 진행하고 가장 중요한 점은

        모든 학생이 동시에 뛰는 것임을 강조함.

        학생들이 직접 줄을 돌리지 않으므로 리듬과 속도 예측이 어렵다는 점을 설명함.

        성공적인 도약을 위해서는 생각보다 약간 늦게 뛰어야 함을 지도함.

지난 주말에는 단체 줄넘기를 통해 함께하는 기쁨이 있어 더욱 즐거운 시간이 되었습니다.

1.     Alternating Steps
Alternating steps is a jump rope technique in which students jump by switching between the left and right foot.
This technique is one of the basic steps for jump rope, and it is important to practice the timing and rhythm of changing feet.
Students were first guided to practice the rhythm without a rope, and then to connect the movements while turning the rope in order to improve their skills.

2.     Group Jump Rope
Group jump rope was conducted in teams of five so that everyone could participate, and the most important point emphasized was that all students must jump together at the same time.
Since students are not turning the rope themselves, it is more difficult to predict the rhythm and speed.
They were guided to jump slightly later than they might expect in order to be successful.

Last weekend, the students experienced even greater joy as they discovered the fun of working together through group jump rope.
