안녕하세요!

시애틀 통합 한국 학교 농구 특별활동반에 오신 것을 진심으로 환영합니다. 

모든 학생들에게 안전하고 즐거우며 풍부한 농구 경험을 제공하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 

앞으로도 기본 체력 기르기를 위해 코트 달리기 및 단거리 달리기를 진행 하도록 하겠습니다. 

지난 시간에는 팀 훈련을 위주로 지역 수비와 공격법에 대해서 수업하였습니다. 이번 시간에도 동일하게 지역 수비 및 공격법을 위주로 패스와 슛을 연계하는 방법에 대해서 학습해 보고자 합니다.

특히 아이들이 연습게임을 아주 좋아합니다. 앞으로는 시간을 더 할애해서 연습게임을 좀 더 할 수 있도록 하겠습니다.

학부모님들도 참여가 가능하오니 언제라도 함께 해 주시기 바랍니다.

• 수업 일시  : 매주 토요일 오후 12:30 - 1:30

• 준비물 : 체육복, 물병등

Welcome to the USBKS Basketball Program!

We warmly welcome you to the United Seattle Korean School Basketball Program.

We are doing our best to provide all students with a safe, enjoyable, and enriching basketball experience.

Moving forward, we will continue with court running and short-distance sprints to build basic stamina.

In the previous session, we focused on team training, specifically on zone defense and offensive strategies. In this session, we will continue to focus on zone defense and offensive strategies, while learning how to connect passes and shots.

The children especially love practice games. Going forward, we will allocate more time to allow for more practice games.

Parents are also welcome to participate at any time.

Class Schedule

Class Time: Every Saturday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM

What to Bring: Gym clothes, water bottles, etc.
