학부모님 편지 및 2학기 학습지도계획 Letter to the Gang-Ah-Ji class parents and the 2nd semester curriculum > 강아지 (KangAhJi)

Dear Parents, 안녕하세요! (Hello!) 

벨뷰통합학교의 두 번째 학기를 시작하면서, 먼저 아이들의 한국어 교육을 위해 힘써주시는 부모님들께 감사드립니다.

I hope this letter finds you well. As we embark on the second semester of our Korean School, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your continued support and enthusiasm for your child's language learning journey. 

첫 번째 학기에는 다양한 활동과, 노래, 게임을 통해 기초 한국어를 배우고 다지는 시간을 가졌습니다. 

In the first semester, we laid the foundation for your child's Korean language skills through engaging activities, songs, and games. 

두 번째 학기에는 첫 번째 학기에 배운 것을 바탕으로 한국어 능력을 향상시키고, 한국의 문화와 관습에 대한 이해를 갖는 수업을 할 예정입니다. 

In the coming months, we will develop deeper into Korean language and culture, building upon what we have already learned. Your child will have the opportunity to expand their vocabulary, improve their pronunciation, and further develop their understanding of Korean customs and traditions.

시간이 되신다면, 집에서 아이들과 한국어 연습을 꾸준히 해주실 것을 권해드립니다. 하루에 몇분이라도 매일 연습한다면, 한국어 실력이 크게 향상될 것이라 믿습니다. 노래, 동화, 만화같은 한국 미디어를 보면서 한국어를 더 즐겁게 접할 수 있을 수 있는 것도 좋은 방법 중에 하나라고 생각됩니다. 

 I encourage you to continue practicing Korean with your child at home. Even just a few minutes each day can make a significant difference in their language development. Additionally, exposing them to Korean media such as songs, stories, and cartoons can reinforce what they learn in class and make learning even more enjoyable.

궁금하신 점이나 걱정되는 점이 있으면, 연락주세요. 아이들 한국어 교육에 힘써주시는 부모님들께 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 

 If you ever have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm here to support you and your child every step of the way. Thank you again for your ongoing support.

학교 수업은 오전 9시부터 11시 45분까지 입니다. 

Our class will start at 9 am and be done by 11:45 am.

특별 활동반은 이번주 토요일 2월 3일부터 시작합니다. 

The enrichment class will start this Saturday February 3^rd.

수업시간에

교과서,

연필, 크레용, 마커, 풀, 가위 항상 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

물과 10분안에 먹을 수 있는 견과류가 들어가지 않은 간식 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

Please bring the following supplies every class: 

Textbook.

Pencils, Crayon, Markers, Glue stick, Scissors. If you put your child’s name on his/her own supplies, it will be very helpful not to lose them. 

Water bottle & snack. Bring a nut-free snack that can be finished in 10 minutes.
