오늘은 지난주 스케치에 이어서 식물을 파스텔로 컬러링했습니다.
블렌딩을 이용하여 좀 더 자연스러운 색감을 표현하고 공간감과 부피감을 표현하는 연습을 했습니다.
학생들의 작업 진행 속도 상, 계획보다 1주 연장하여 10월 28일까지 보태니컬 일러스트 실습을 계속합니다. 10월 28일에는 작품을 완성하고 친구들과 피드백을 주고받는 비평 시간을 갖습니다.
작품은 28일에 완성되지만, 교사가 작품을 모아서 다음 주중에 픽사티브 작업을 거쳐 파스텔 안정화를 시키고, 11월 4일에 학생들에게 나눠줍니다.
다음 주 11월 4일 수업에서는 인물화- 자화상 실습을 시작합니다.
준비물 안내:
자신의 사진 프린트 혹은 스마트폰에 저장하여 꼭 가져옵니다.
Students began coloring with soft pastels. Students practiced using blending to create more natural colors and learn express a sense of space and volume.
Due to the pace of students’ work, I decided to extend one more week than the syllabus. Students will continue the botanical illustration until October 28th and finish it.
On October 28th, students will complete their works and have a critique with their peers and share feedback.
Students will complete their art works on the 28th, the teacher will collect their artwork and fixative work on it over the next week. Fixative finishing is for a stabilizing the pastels, and students will get their artworks back on November 4th.
Next week, November 4th, students will begin a self-portrait lab.
What to bring:
