9월 30일 - 조형요소의 이해 2 / 명암

오늘은, 기초 소묘를 시작하기 위해서, 미술, 특히 소묘 전용으로 사용하는 4B 연필을 사용하는 연습을 했습니다.

글씨를 쓸때와 다른 연필 쥐는 방법을 연습하고, 사물의 명암을 잘 표현하기 위해서 연필선을 제대로 긋는 방법을 배워 연습했습니다. 흑백의 연필선만을 이용해서 연필선의 강도와 선을 많이 겹쳐서 밝기 정도를 10단계 정도 표현할 수 있다는 것을 배웠습니다.

다음주에는 구를 연필선만을 이용해서 입체감있게 그리는 연습을 합니다. 이 연습을 통해서, 형태를 잡는 방법, 빛이 사물에 닿았을 때 어떠한 단계의 밝기와 어둡기를 보여주는지, 그래서 어떻게 입체감이 표현되는지를 배우게 됩니다.

Today, to get started with basic line drawing, students practiced using 4B pencil, which is a pencil used for art, specifically for drawing. Students practiced holding the pencil differently than when writing, learned, and practiced how to properly draw pencil lines to express good contrast in objects. Using only black pencil lines, students learned that they could show 10 levels of contrast by using strength of the pencil line and by overlapping the lines.

Next week, we will be practicing drawing a sphere in three dimensions using only pencil lines, so students will learn how to draw shape, how to show the different levels of brightness and darkness when light hits an object, and how to draw three-dimensional objects and more.
