11/8 오일 파스텔 가을 단풍 2 - 블랜딩 Oil Pastel Autumn foliage 2 - Blending > 2025-2026 종이랑 미술이랑 A (PreK Art - A)

오늘은 오일 파스텔의 두번째 시간으로, 블랜딩 기법을 이용해 아름다운 가을 낙엽을 표현해 보았습니다. 먼저, 낙엽 모양 스텐실의 바깥 가장자리 둘레를 따라 원하는 낙엽색을 한 두가지 골라서 두껍게 칠해 줍니다. 그리고 찰필을 이용해 스텐실 바깥쪽에서 종이 안쪽으로 색칠한 오일 파스텔을 밀어서 블랜딩 해줍니다. 같은 방법으로 다양한 모양의 낙엽 스텐실을 여러 색깔로 자유롭게 배치합니다. 유아 학생들이 하기에는 섬세함이 요구되는 난이도가 있는 작업이었음에도 곧잘 따라와준 학생들을 집에서도 많이 칭찬해 주세요!

Today, in our second oil pastel session, students used the blending technique to create beautiful autumn leaves. First, they chose one or two autumn colors and thickly colored along the outer edges of a leaf-shaped stencil. Then, using a blending tool (paper stump), they gently blended the oil pastel from the stencil’s outer edge toward the inside of the paper to create soft, natural shading. Finally, they arranged and colored various leaf stencils in different shapes and colors to complete their fall artwork. It was a wonderful activity to explore color blending and express the beauty of the autumn season! Although this activity required a high level of fine motor skills for young learners, the students followed along wonderfully. Please take a moment to praise them at home for their great effort!
