11/1 오일 파스텔 가을 단풍 1- 긁어내기 Oil Pastel Autumn foliage 1 -Scratch

오늘은 오일 파스텔의 긁어내기 기법을 이용해 요즘 한창 절정을 맞아 알록달록한 가을 단픙을 표현해 보았습니다. 먼저, 낙엽 모양의 도안 안쪽으로 밝은 색인 노란색을 꼼꼼히 칠해 줍니다. 그리고 진한 낙엽색인 빨강, 주황, 녹색 과 갈색을 각각의 노란 색칠한 낙엽위로 두껍게, 꼼꼼히 덧칠해 줍니다. 마지막으로 이쑤시게등을 이용해서 도안의 입맥 모양을 따라 여러번 왔다 갔다하며 진한색을 긁어내서 밑의 노란색이 드러나게 입맥을 표현해 단풍잎의 사실감을 살렸습니다.

다음 시간은 오일 파스텔의 다른 방법인 블랜딩 기법을 배우고, 스텐실을 이용해 가을 낙엽을 표현해 보겠습니다.

Today, students used the scratch technique with oil pastels to express the colorful autumn foliage at its peak this season.

First, they carefully colored the inside of a leaf-shaped outline with bright yellow. Then, they thickly layered deep autumn tones—red, orange, green, and brown—over the yellow base. Finally, using a toothpick, they gently scratched along the leaf vein patterns multiple times to reveal the yellow underneath, creating a realistic texture and look of autumn leaves.

In our next class, we will explore another oil pastel technique—blending—and use stencils to create beautiful fall leaf artworks.
