안녕하세요!
On 2/10, students had an opportunity to celebrate 설날, Lunar New Year’s Day, together. Students learned about the traditions of 설날 and experienced 설날 문화 Seollal culture by doing 세배 to school elders, receiving 덕담 and 세뱃돈, tasting 떡국, and playing traditional games such as 윷놀이, 공기, and 제기 차기.
Next week, we are going to start learning based on the theme, “When I visit my family in Korea”. We will learn about expressions used during the family dinne,r and vocabulary related to food and tastes.
