지난 4월 25일, 벨뷰 시청에서 열린 골든벨 행사에 우리 아이들이 무사히 참여했습니다. 학교에서 연습을 마치고 의상과 머리까지 정성껏 준비해 직접 이동을 도와주신 부모님들 덕분에 아이들이 큰 무대 경험을 잘 마칠 수 있었습니다.
처음으로 학교 밖에서 치러진 행사라 아이들이 긴장하기도 하고, 북적이는 인파에 어리둥절해하기도 했지만, 끝까지 최선을 다하는 모습이 얼마나 대견하고 감사했는지 모릅니다. 사정상 함께하지 못한 친구들의 마음도 현장에 함께했으리라 믿습니다.
격려와 응원으로 힘을 실어주신 모든 부모님께 다시 한번 깊은 감사의 인사를 드립니다. 아이들과 저 모두 한 뼘 더 성장한 소중한 하루였습니다.
On April 25th, our children successfully participated in the Golden Bell event held at Bellevue City Hall. Thanks to your dedicated support—from the practice sessions at school to getting the costumes and hair ready and providing transportation—the children were able to have a wonderful experience on such a grand stage.
As it was their first event outside of school, the children were naturally nervous and a bit overwhelmed by the crowds, but I cannot tell you how proud and grateful I felt watching them do their absolute best. Although we missed the friends who couldn't join us due to personal circumstances, I believe their hearts were with us at the venue.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude once again to all the parents for giving us strength through your encouragement and support. It was a precious day where both the children and I grew one step further together.
