Sebae (New Year’s bow), traditional foods, games, and making a lucky pouch (Bokjumeoni).
Practice saying and writing:
“Saehae bok mani badeuseyo” (“Happy New Year”).
Review double consonants and double vowels. Practice blending consonants and vowels and reading aloud.
Homework:
엄마야 누나야 강변살자, 시 노래따라 부르고 적어오기 (말하기대회) 새해복많이 받으세요, 세번 적기,
이중모음, 쌍자음 읽고 적어오기
Sing and copy the poem “Eommaya Nunaya, Let’s Live by the Riverside” (for the Speech Contest). Write “Saehae bok mani badeuseyo” (“Happy New Year”) three times. Practice reading and writing double vowels and double consonants.
