학부모님께 드리는 말씀

안녕하세요, 담임 김소라 입니다.
2025-26학년도 2학기가 되었습니다. 다시한번 푸른반에서 학부모님의 자녀를 맡아 함께할 수 있게 되어 매우 기쁩니다.

지난 학기 동안 푸른반 학생들은 한글의 기본 자음과 모음을 익히는 데 집중하였습니다. 이번 학기에는 중모음, 쌍자음, 그리고 자음과 모음을 결합하여 읽는 방법을 배우고, 이를 바탕으로 다양한 관련 어휘까지 확장해 나갈 예정입니다. 아이들이 한글 읽기에 자신감을 가질 수 있도록 단계적으로 지도하겠습니다.

자녀의 학습을 위해 협력해주실 학부모님의 격려와 협조에 깊이 감사드립니다.

♡ 수업 안내

• 수업 시간: 매주 토요일 오전 9시 30분 – 12시 30분
  
  

• 교재: 안녕 한글 ( Hello, Korean) 1 , 익힘책 (Workbook) 1 , 재외동포기초한글 1 (온라인교재)
  
  

• 준비물: 교과서, 연필, 지우개, 색연필, 가위, 풀(2개), 물통, 점심 도시락
  
  모든 개인 물품에는 반드시 아이 이름을 적어주세요 (종종 분실물이 나오는데, 이름이 없어서 못찾아드리는 경우가 있습니다)
  앞으로 학생들에게 포켓 폴더를 배부하여 매주 숙제와 학부모 확인 서명란을 함께 보내드릴 예정입니다. 숙제를 확인하신 후 반드시 서명해 주시기 바랍니다. 부모님의 서명이 있어야 숙제를 완료한 것으로 인정됩니다. 숙제를 성실히 해 온 학생들에게는 스티커 차트에 스티커를 부여하며, 모은 스티커는 학기 말 '장날' 에 물건및 음식을 구입할 수 있는 '장날돈' 으로 교환할 예정입니다. 자녀가 숙제를 꼭 주중에 수행할 수 있도록 지도 부탁드립니다.

♡ 수업 이후 안내

• 특활반을 신청한 학생은 조교 선생님과 함께 해당 교실로 이동합니다.

• 특활반은 오후 1시 30분에 종료되며, 각 특활반 담당 선생님이 보내드린 안내 이메일을 꼭 확인하시고, 해당 교실로 아이를 직접 데리러 와 주시기 바랍니다.

• 특활반을 신청하지 않은 학생은 오후 12시 30분에  푸른반 교실에서 부모님이 직접 데려가셔야 합니다.

♡ 기타 안내

• 학교에서 점심은 제공되지 않으므로 학생들은 점심 과 물을 지참해야 합니다.
  

• 자녀에게 음식 알레르기가 있을 경우 반드시 알려주시기 바랍니다.
  

• 콧물, 기침, 미열, 구토 등 건강 이상 증상이 있는 경우에는 가정에서 쉬게 해주세요.
  

• 매주 학교 웹사이트에 수업의 진행 내용을 올립니다. 아이들의 수업에 활동한 내용을 확인하실 수 있습니다.

Dear Parents,

Hello, this is Sora Kim, the homeroom teacher of Puleun Class.
The 2025–26 school year second semester has begun, and I am truly happy to once again work with your child in our class.

During the past semester, students focused on learning the basic Korean consonants and vowels. This semester, we will move on to complex vowels, double consonants, and blending consonants and vowels to read words. We will also expand into a wider range of related vocabulary. Our goal is to help students build confidence in reading Korean step by step.

Thank you very much for your continued encouragement and support for your child’s learning.

♡ Class Information

• Class Time: Every Saturday, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Textbooks: Hello, Korean 1, Workbook 1, Overseas Korean Basic Hangul 1 (online textbook)

• Supplies: Textbook, pencil, eraser, colored pencils, scissors, two glue sticks, water bottle, and lunch

 Please make sure all personal belongings are labeled with your child’s name.( We occasionally have lost items that cannot be returned because they are not labeled.)

Students will receive a pocket folder each week containing homework and a parent signature section. After checking your child’s homework, please sign the folder. Homework is considered complete only with a parent signature.Students who consistently complete their homework will earn stickers on a sticker chart. At the end of the semester, these stickers will be exchanged for “market money” that can be used to buy small items and snacks at our class “Market Day.” Please help your child complete homework during the week.

♡ After-Class Dismissal

• Students enrolled in the after-school activity class will move to their assigned classroom with an assistant teacher.

• After-school classes end at 1:30 PM. Please check the email from the activity class teacher and pick up your child directly from that classroom.

• Students not enrolled in after-school classes must be picked up from the Puleun Class classroom at 12:30 PM.

♡ Additional Notes

• Lunch is not provided at school. Please send lunch and water with your child.

• If your child has any food allergies, please inform us in advance.

• If your child has symptoms such as runny nose, cough, mild fever, or vomiting, please let them rest at home.

• Weekly class updates and learning activities will be posted on the school website so you can follow what students are learning in class.

I will do my best to help the children enjoy learning Korean and grow in confidence.
