오늘은 1학기 마지막 수업이었습니다.

Today was the last class of the first semester.

한 학기 동안 성실하게 참여한 꾀꼬리반 친구들과 늘 따뜻하게 응원해 주신 학부모님들께 감사의 인사를 드립니다.

I would like to thank the Kkoekkori class students for their dedication throughout the semester and the parents for their continuous support.

오늘은 한국학교 개교 30주년을 기념하여 전 학년이 나전칠기와 자개에 대해 배우고, 작은 나전칠기 전시를 관람한 뒤 관련 공작 활동을 진행했습니다.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of our school, all students learned about Najeonchilgi (mother-of-pearl lacquerware), visited a small exhibition, and participated craft activities.

꾀꼬리반은 나전칠기의 제작 과정을 배우며 미니북을 만들고, 나전칠기 느낌을 살린 팽이를 만들어보는 시간을 가졌습니다.

In the Kkoekkori class, students learned about the making process of Najeonchilgi, created a mini book, and made a spinning top.

또한 지난 시간에 이어 큰 숫자를 배우고, 한국 돈을 읽는 방법도 함께 연습했습니다.

Additionally, continuing from the previous lesson, we learned larger numbers and practiced reading Korean currency.

작은 봉투와 미니 한국 돈을 만들었으니, 집에서도 놀이처럼 복습해 보시길 바랍니다.

Students made mini Korean currency and small envelopes, so please use them at home for fun review activities.

2학기에 다시 뵙겠습니다.
